In the 90’s, myself (Jane) and my partner in crime (Hans) started going to flea markets. It started purely as a hobby. As time passed, we started a business and grew more and more interested in the concept of flea markets, specifically for everything vintage.

After moving to Oosterzele, Belgium, we bought a showroom and this was the cornerstone of our growing business.

In 2015, we named our business after Jockodemus, our proud four-legged CEO. In the meantime, we started going to flea markets on a regular basis.

Fast forward to the end of 2016: we had been going to flea markets more regularly and we decided it was time to take our business to the next level. We made it our mission to keep up with modern times and decided to build a website.

Moreover, we decided to rename the business to Jane’s Vintage, since Jockodemus didn’t have the ring to it we had hoped for.

Our new name describes what we’re into perfectly: we mainly sell collectables from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. You may even find a few older items, as long as it fits within our collection.
