We are only shipping to these countries: Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, and Luxembourg.
Orders with a total weight of more than 30kg cannot be shipped. You must pick them up in our showroom in Oosterzele, Belgium. Prior to ordering, you can contact us to arrange an after-hours visit to our showroom.
Shipping cost in Belgium is € 6 for orders up to 20kg, and €11 for orders between 20kg and 30kg.
Shipping cost in Netherlands, France, Germany or Luxembourg is €20 for orders up to 20kg, and €30 for orders between 20kg and 30kg.
We will send out your order 1 or 2 days after your payment is received. In Belgium, your order should arrive between 1 and 4 days after order completion.
Once an item purchased online is delivered to you, you have 14 days to decide whether or not to keep it. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to purchases of:
- perishable goods
- sealed goods that cannot be returned once unsealed, for reasons of health or hygiene
The 14-day period starts from the day you receive the goods.
If you want to return a product, you must contact us by post or email (email@example.com) to let us know about your decision, prior to sending back the goods. You don’t have to give us a reason for sending back the goods.
You will have to send back the goods to us, in the same conditions as they were sent to you, and no later than 7 days after informing us of your decision to return the goods. The direct costs of sending back the goods are yours to pay.
Consequences of a return
If you request a return, and it is within 14 days after receiving the product, and you have emailed or posted us your decision, your completed payments will be paid back to you in full, including shipping costs (but excluding extra costs that are outside of our advertised shipping costs. For example, if you requested a more expensive shipping method, not within the prices we offer).
We reserve the right to wait to pay back until we receive back the goods, or until we have proof the products are being sent back.

Return of non-shipped goods
The above is only valid for goods that have been shipped out to an address you supplied. When collecting the goods in our showroom, the above return policy is not eligible. No returns can be issues for goods that have been picked up in-store, as we assume they have been vetted by you.
